Data that is submitted to the Akvo RSR service by users and systems, i.e. other information than photographs, updates and project descriptions, is available under a dual license. Both licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 License. (CC-BY-SA). And under the Open Database License 1.0 [ODbL] (or later versions as applicable).
It is RAIN’s policy, at its sole discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may infringe or repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of RAIN and/or others.
